Who? Youth aged 16 years or older with physical disabilities who would like to and are able to self-manage their care. Families and Holland Bloorview Staff are also welcome to learn more about the Direct Funding Program (DF) and the Centre for Independent Living in Toronto (CILT).

What? A virtual transitions pop-up event. Learn about CILT and Direct Funding (DF). Hear directly from CILT, Direct Funding and former a former Holland Bloorview client who is now a Self-Manager on the Direct Funding Program.
