The NSMTC’s 2024 Atlantic Indigenous-Led Energy Symposium is taking place September 18th-20th at the Fredericton Convention Centre. This annual event brings together leaders from First Nation communities, utilities, government, and industry, for conversation and collaboration focused on advancements in the Energy Sector.

This annual event brings together leaders from First Nation communities, utilities, government, and industry, for conversation and collaboration focused on the Energy Sector developments. This year, we will shine a light on Indigenous-led projects that are defining the energy landscape in Atlantic Canada. Our keynotes and panelists will explore project development strategies that create equitable, profitable, and sustainable developments. The Symposium will showcase the nature of energy as a resource and the interconnection with regional, national and international communities, while championing Indigenous youth, businesses, and community partners on the path to a net-zero future.
