2026 - $60,000 KL Rotary Fish Derby

On the day of the fish derby, limited parking is available at Culver Park.

No cars or trucks are permitted on the ice.

Registration on the ice begins at 6 am. Please bring your physical ticket (not printout) and your photo ID. Only ticket holders are eligible for prizes.

Must be 18 years or older to participate in the $60,000 KL Rotary fish derby. All entries into the derby include 1 entry into the Kids fish derby for children 18 years or younger.

Prizes include;

• 10 tagged fish worth $2,500 each. Eligible tags will be posted at the derby headquarters
• 5 - $1000 Pickerel and 5 - $1000 Pike ballot draws. Bring your live fish to the derby headquarters and receive 1 entry into the ballot draw for each live fish.
• Elimination draw with up to $18,000 in prizes, plus $5,000 final cash prize.
• ICE Shack Raffle - donated by Grant Home Hardware
• Early Bird draws: Dec 23, 2025 for $1000, Jan 23, 2026 for $500, Feb 20, 2026 for $500

Kids entered into the derby by their adult ticket holder are eligible to fish in the Kids Derby ballot draw for prizes totaling $1,500.

Fishing begins at 8am and ends at 2 pm.

Kids Fish Derby prizes will be awarded on ice at 2:30pm.

AFTER THE DERBY:

The fish derby will be followed by an elimination draw and music at the Northern College Gym. Doors will be open at 4pm. Elimination draw will begin at 5:30 pm.

**Please note: food will be available for purchase only until 8:30pm.

** Only ticket holders aged 19 years or older will be allowed in the elimination draw at the Northern College Gym.
