2026 Net Impact Sustainability Challenge
Overview
Calling all future leaders and innovators! 🌍 Get ready to join the annual Net Impact Sustainability Challenge case competition, hosted by SFU Beedie School of Business in partnership with the SFU Beedie Net Impact chapter, and for 2026, sponsored by Jim Pattison Developments.
Business students are increasingly seeking to take actions that have a positive social and environmental impact on the world. At SFU Beedie, we strive to equip current and future leaders to build a more equitable world for future generations. In tandem, the SFU Beedie Net Impact strives to make a positive environmental, social, and economic impact in the Vancouver community and beyond by advocating responsible and sustainable business practices.
Now in it's 13th year, the annual SFU Beedie Net Impact Sustainability Challenge enables students to take on real-world sustainability matters in a multi-round case competition format. The experience gives students an opportunity to apply their skills through developing and presenting solutions to a live business challenge. Students benefit from obtaining feedback from industry judges connected to the case, and networking with like-minded individuals and leaders. Ultimately, students gain practical experience, a chance to win prize money, and the opportunity to represent their school while solving critical business problems.
