Join us for an evening featuring two incredible experts who connect real-world industry innovation with cutting-edge research in functional foods on Jan 21 5:30-8:30pm at UBC AMS Nest Performance Theatre.
You’ll hear from Dr. Jerzy Zawistowski, Academic Director of UBC’s Master of Food Science program and a globally recognized leader in nutraceuticals, and Karen McAthy, award-winning author, culinary researcher, and Director of Food Science and Innovation at Maia Farms.
Whether you’re passionate about functional food, product development, or simply want to explore what’s possible in food science, this is a great chance to learn something new, ask questions, and connect with professionals, researchers, and fellow students.
