2026 Time Capsule Retreat

Together in Bragg Creek, we’ll craft a 2026 Time Capsule! A vessel for our dreams, visions, and desires, to help manifest and magnify what we want to call in.

This is a beautiful opportunity to come home to grounding and alignment through meditation, to co-create abundance through intention setting, and to ignite our visions into the physical realm. Utilizing the energy that culminates at this time of year; not for resolutions, but for divine creation, moving with intention and heart. Together, we’ll seal our magic with the radiant energy of the collective, anchoring our creations within the unbounded essence of both the group that gathers and the world at large.

What Will Be Provided

• A selection of powerful tools to start your time capsule, including a container
• Meditation to both ground and charge you and your time capsule for the year
• Guided intention-setting and reflection prompts
• A warm, supportive space for connection and creation
• Light refreshments, snacks and cozy vibes
• A special gift for a monthly ritual to carry your intentions through the year

What to Bring

• A journal and a pen
• Yoga mat or cushion
• Small blanket (if preferred for meditation)
• Your hopes, dreams and an open heart

Suggestions to Personalize Your Time Capsule

• Any symbolic items you’d like to include in your capsule that you feel represents what you wish to call in (such as a coin, note, photo, word, or token)
• Money or another totem to call in financial abundance
• Postcard or picture of places you wish to travel
• Images or totem (printed or from magazines) of physique or nourishment for the mind, body, soul
• Any items that will personalize your time capsule to you
