2026 Vision Circle: Manifest, Map, & Move Into Your Next Chapter

By Ariana Rodriguez

Overview

If you’re craving a New Year ritual that’s deeper than a resolution and more grounded than a vision board, you’re in the right place.

2026 Vision Circle at Studio Liber8 (Rosemont/Plateau, Montréal)

If you’re craving a New Year ritual that’s deeper than a resolution and more grounded than a vision board, you’re in the right place!

This is a guided 2–3 hour women’s circle designed to help you:

  • Clarify what you actually want in 2026
  • Turn your desires into reality
  • Unblock limiting beliefs getting in the way of your manifestations
  • Anchor your goals into your nervous system + identity
  • Feel inspired and supported by other women doing the same

We’ll blend storytelling, intentional goal-setting, and neural manifestation principles to bring your future into focus — and make it feel real enough to move toward.

Why this circle is different

I’ve been hosting New Year vision circles for 5 years in a row, and I’ve watched women create real, tangible transformations from these containers — career pivots, healthier relationships, moves across the world, new businesses, creative breakthroughs, and personal homecomings.

This work isn’t about “thinking positive.”

It’s about becoming the woman who can hold what she’s calling in.

What you’ll experience

  • A grounding arrival ritual + intention setting
  • A guided “future storytelling” practice (so your goals feel alive)
  • Clarity + goal-setting framework (what matters, what’s next, what’s noise)
  • Neural manifestation tools (identity, repetition, emotion, embodiment)
  • A simple accountability plan you can actually sustain
  • Connection time with other women (because community changes everything)

What’s included

  • Cozy studio ambiance (candles, warmth, soft landing energy)
  • Somatic rituals (guided visualisations and movement)
  • Tea + snacks
  • Guided reflective prompts (optional, shared in-person)

What to bring

  • A journal + pen
  • An open mind and heart
  • (Optional) magazines/images/crayons/markers if you want to collage

Who it’s for

This circle is for you if you:

  • feel ready for a new chapter but want support clarifying it
  • are tired of setting goals and forgetting them by February
  • want accountability that feels kind, not controlling
  • crave intentional community + meaningful conversation

No experience needed — just come as you are and bring a soul-sister so you can keep each other accountable!

Spots are limited to 20 to keep the circle intimate.

About Your Guide- Ari (Ariana Rodriguez)

Ari is the founder of Studio Liber8, Montréal’s urban sanctuary for somatic movement, ritual, and women’s circles. She is a Registered Dietitian with nearly a decade of experience in mental health settings across Canada and the UK, and holds advanced graduate training at the intersection of science and soul — including a MSC in Nutrition and an MA in Psychology & Spirituality (Columbia University, Spirit Mind Body Institute).

Known for her rare ability to bridge neuroscience, psychology, and embodied practice, Ari guides women through experiences that feel both grounded and transformational. Her work is trauma-informed, nervous-system aware, and rooted in practical behavior change — helping women move from intellectual insight to lived integration.

For the past five years, Ari has facilitated annual New Year visioning circles and intention-setting rituals, supporting hundreds of women in clarifying what they want, creating sustainable accountability, and bringing meaningful goals to life. Her approach blends storytelling, identity-based goal setting, and “neural manifestation” principles (how attention, emotion, repetition, and embodiment shape the brain and behavior), so participants leave with both inspiration and a clear aligned plan.

Ari’s facilitation style is warm, structured, and deeply connective — the kind of container where big visions become believable, and where women feel supported to step into their next chapter with clarity, courage, and community.
