2026 Word of the Year Workshop
Overview
Most New Year’s resolutions collapse under pressure. They're too rigid, too rushed, and too disconnected from how change actually works. This workshop takes a different approach. Instead of forcing yourself into yet another checklist, you’ll craft a Word of the Year: a theme that becomes the story you want to write and live in 2026.
Stories stick. Checklists don’t.
We’re wired for narrative. When your goals are connected to identity, values, and meaning, following through and implementing changes becomes natural instead of forced. Your Word of the Year becomes your North Star: a guide you can return to through all 365 days of growth, setbacks, surprises, and shifts.
What to Expect
During this interactive 2-hour session, you will:
- Explore the patterns, longings, and themes emerging in your life
- Identify the story of change you want to create in 2026
- Craft a Word of the Year that captures your direction, identity, and intentions
- Leave with a guiding theme you can use for decision-making, motivation, and personal clarity
This workshop is designed for anyone ready for a meaningful year: individuals, professionals, creatives, leaders, small-business owners, and anyone craving a fresh approach to personal growth.
Why This Approach Works
Traditional resolutions add pressure.
A story-driven theme builds alignment.
It gives you a lens, not a list. A direction, not demands.
It’s flexible, human, and grounded, which makes it far more sustainable.
