We will taste first-hand the expert skills of Nikka’s master blenders and the creation of From the Barrel, blended from some 100 iterations of whisky. Adding to this whisky’s complexity, we will taste the evolution of the whisky with additional ageing in the Limited Edition Extra Marriage. In addition, two other cask strength components, created specifically for this occasion, that make up From the Barrel, will be featured. Educator and Global Spokesperson at The Nikka Whisky Distilling Co. Ltd.

Emiko Kaji, who became fascinated with the spirits industry after working part-time at a liquor store during university, joined Nikka Whisky in 1990 and began her career as a sales rep In Tokyo. After accumulating specialized knowledge and experience in the Industry, Emiko took over the position to manage Nikka's International business in 2010. She has been travelling around the world as a front runner to cultivate the global market and now focuses primarily on educational activities, story telling Nikka’s rich history and introducing artisanal whiskies and spirits crafted by Nikka.
