Participez à notre Événement de réseautage et mentorat du MWCN – 5 à 7 & ateliers doubles pour en savoir plus sur le programme de mentorat Circonflexe, améliorer votre français ou devenir mentor.

Joignez-vous à nous pour une soirée de réseautage dynamique réunissant employeurs et chercheurs d’emploi souhaitant surmonter les barrières linguistiques au sein de la main-d’œuvre du Québec. Cet événement est soutenu par PERT et met en lumière le programme de mentorat Circonflexe.

La soirée commence par un cocktail de réseautage détendu, offrant aux participants l’occasion de se rencontrer, de tisser des liens et de découvrir de nouvelles opportunités.
Après le réseautage, deux ateliers simultanés auront lieu, chacun adapté à un public spécifique et animé par des intervenants expérimentés :

Pour les employeurs (en français) :
Découvrez comment le programme de mentorat Circonflexe peut soutenir vos besoins en recrutement en vous connectant avec des candidats hautement qualifiés dont le seul obstacle pourrait être une maîtrise limitée du français. Le programme fournit des outils pour faciliter une intégration harmonieuse et un recrutement réussi.

Pour les chercheurs d’emploi (en anglais) :
Si vos compétences limitées en français vous ont freiné dans votre insertion sur le marché du travail, cet atelier vous aidera à mieux comprendre le soutien disponible, comment le mentorat peut renforcer votre confiance et comment franchir vos prochaines étapes avec clarté.

Cet événement est financé par PERT et reflète notre engagement à créer des passerelles entre les talents et les opportunités, à promouvoir l’inclusion et à renforcer la main-d’œuvre de notre communauté.

MWCN Mentorship Networking Event – 5 à 7 & Dual Workshops

Join us for an engaging networking evening designed to bring together employers and job seekers who want to overcome language-related barriers in Quebec’s workforce. This event is supported by PERT and highlights the Circonflexe Mentorship Program .

The evening begins with a relaxed networking cocktail, offering participants a chance to meet, connect, and discover new opportunities.

Following the networking portion, two simultaneous workshops will take place, each tailored to a specific audience and led by experienced panelists:

For Employers (in French):
Learn how the Circonflexe Mentorship Program can support your hiring needs by connecting you with highly qualified candidates whose only obstacle may be limited French proficiency. The program provides tools to facilitate smooth integration and successful recruitment.

For Job Seekers (in English):
If limited French skills have held you back from entering the job market, this workshop will help you better understand the support available to you, how mentorship can boost your confidence, and how to take your next steps with clarity.
