9D Breathwork & Sauna Experience

After a transformative breathwork session we will head into the warm embrace of a wood barrel sauna heated by a fragrant cedar burning fire and essential oil infused steam. Luxurious robes provided for your ultimate comfort. We’ll finish with a nice cup of soothing tea.
