A critical conversation about child & youth wellbeing

By The Village Initiative

Overview

Let's dive deep into child & youth wellbeing across Westshore-Sooke. Get ready for insightful action-oriented discussion.

Metrics matter – join leaders and changemakers to learn about the latest data on the wellbeing of West Shore and Sooke region children and youth and where the evidence suggests we invest -- together. Paul Block, Superintendent, Sooke School District will moderate a critical conversation with Dr. Jennifer Charlsworth, BC Representative for Children & Youth, Dr. Shelley Cook, Executive Director, Community Social Planning Council and Dr. Reka Gustafson, Chief Medical Health Officer, Island Health. Then it's up to us to chart a course, which better serves the needs of regional children and youth.
