Why are there so many different ticket prices?

Accepted Answer

As a non-profit, the WECC & our donors ensure our events are accessible. All children aged 4 and under are free. For those to whom cost is a barrier, reduced fee tickets are available. If the cost of these are still a barrier, please e-mail info@wecc.ca and we'll ensure you still get in on the fun.

Will there be tickets for sale at the door?

Accepted Answer

To ensure everyones comfort, we have reduced our usual room capacity for this event and expect it to sell out. To guarantee entry, please purchase your tickets in advance. Online ticket sales will end 2 hours prior to doors opening to allow us to set up the hall to accommodate all in attendance.

Where can I park?

Accepted Answer

The WECC does not have a parking lot. Free street parking is available around the venue. There are no time restricted streets on Sundays, but please check signage around your car to ensure no temporary restrictions are in place. Patrons can be dropped off at the front of the venue prior to parking.

Question 4

Is your building wheelchair and/or stroller accessible?

Accepted Answer

Yes! Volunteers at the front will help with the heavy exterior door. There are 11 stairs to the main level, as well as a lift. Volunteers will be available to assist you inside. There are 2 large toilet stalls, one in each restroom. All areas on the main level are wheelchair and stroller friendly.

How should we dress for the event?

Accepted Answer

We encourage kids from 1-101 to dress in costume. We have geothermal temperature control, but have large windows that are subject to outdoor temperatures. If it is hot outside, consider cooler clothing for indoors. If it is very cold outside - consider longer pants or bringing a sweater.
