A Musical Walk Down Memory Lane - Dec 11

By Toronto Public Library - Palmerston

Overview

Revisit the musical highlights of our shared youth with songs from the 50s and 60s.

Multi-instrumentalists and seniors themselves, Jerry Newton and Peter Beamish revisit the musical highlights of our shared youth with songs from the 50s and 60s by The Everly Brothers, Beatles, Rolling Stones, and more. Singing along is not mandatory but encouraged! Drawing from their catalogue of hundreds of songs, Jerry and Peter celebrate the formative years of today's seniors with an interactive concert featuring the best songs of an era. We were there, and so were you!
