Is the Cathedral wheelchair accessible?

Yes, to the right of the Cathedral at the side door by the small parking lot of the Diocesan office building. Please note that inside the Cathedral, the Great Choir area is the one seating section that is not wheelchair accessible.

Is there parking at the Cathedral?

Accepted Answer

No, parking is not provided. Only street parking is available or in public parking lots. Concert attendees are advised to allow time to find parking in the area of the Cathedral.

Will tickets be available at the door?

We hope to be sold out weeks in advance of the concert, as we were the last three years. So  there will most likely be no tickets for walk-ups.

Are tickets refundable ?

Accepted Answer

Since the Halifax performance is usually sold-out weeks in advance, we are not able to refund tickets for even the best of reasons. If you purchased tickets but find you cannot attend, please donate your seats to friends, family, or someone in your community who would love to be there.

Question 5

May I bring a baby or young child to the concert?

Accepted Answer

The short answer is no. We ask that babies and younger children be left with a caregiver at home. This concert runs 1-1/4 hours without intermission and is not suited to babies and children.  Other audience members would appreciate being able to listen to the concert without distraction.
