AAP Calgary Branch - January Virtual Event
Overview
Our minds are wired for efficiency — but these shortcuts often shape how we perceive competence, leadership, and “fit.” This interactive session explores how unconscious biases quietly influence decisions, promotions, and everyday interactions. Participants will learn to recognize their own blind spots, engage in reflection, and apply tools that promote fairer, more inclusive workplace practices.
