Why Attend

Change isn’t slowing down — and neither can leaders.

These micro labs are designed for leaders who want to not only manage change but also grow through disruption and uncertainty.

In each 90-minute session, you’ll:

  1. Build awareness and flexibility to reframe challenges and adapt your thinking as conditions evolve.
  1. Learn how to shape team culture so adaptability becomes a shared strength, not an individual effort.
  2. Walk away with tools and actions to strengthen how you — and your team — respond to change every day.

These sessions blend science and practice, reflection and action — so adaptability becomes something you do, not just something you talk about.

--------------------

Lab 1: Adaptive Capacity – The Power of Ability (Jan 29, 11:30 am - 1:00 pm EST)

(Focus: Internal Leadership Adaptability)
Build your internal adaptability — the awareness, mindset, and flexibility to unlearn what no longer serves and adapt your thinking when the context changes.

You’ll learn to:

· Apply an adaptability framework to real leadership challenges

· Shift mental models under pressure

· Adjust leadership responses as conditions evolve

--------------------

Lab 2: Adaptive Culture – The Power of Environment (Feb 5, 11:30 am - 1:00 pm EST)

(Focus: External Leadership Influence)
Shape your external adaptability — the culture, safety, and support that help teams stay grounded and thrive in the face of change.

You’ll learn to:

  • Examine your current team environment to identify adaptability enablers and blockers.
  • Design small interventions to reduce systemic, invisible friction and strengthen team adaptability.
  • Evaluate how cultural shifts influence team behaviour and performance.

These two experiences build on each other — first deepening your internal adaptability, then focusing on the environment that enables it.
