Founded by Durham Family & Cultural Centre (DFCC) in 2022 to address food insecurity in Durham Region, the Afro-Caribbean Food Basket (ACFB) initiative provides bountiful, culturally appropriate holiday baskets to Black and racialized households.

Mission: Supporting food justice by ensuring households can celebrate with the foods they know, love, and deserve - without the barrier of cost or access.
