By UPEI Experiential Education

Overview

Take a study break and join us for a fun and meaningful holiday activity with residents at the Mount.

Need a study break that's fun and meaningful? Then join us for a special holiday volunteer opportunity with The Mount Continuing Care Community.

The Mount Continuing Care Community is a wonderful place that provides quality care and support for seniors. They are all about creating a warm and friendly environment for their residents and guests.

In this Afternoon of Service, you will get to spend the afternoon making snowflakes and other holiday crafts with the residents! You will brighten their day while gaining experience volunteering with a local organization.

The Mount is located very close to UPEI at 141 Mount Edward Road. There is a trail that connects the UPEI Campus and the Mount. For this event, we will meet on campus and walk as a group to the Mount.

All participants are asked to meet at the Career Studio, room 209 Dalton Hall on campus, at 1:15 p.m. Please be on time as we will be walking over to the Mount together, if you are late, please go directly at the Mount.

This event is free, and The Mount will provide all the necessary supplies.

Register by , Tuesday December 9th at noon.
