Whether you're an aviation enthusiast, involved in your general aviation community, or working in the industry, this conference is for you! With a wide variety of topics for every interest and experience level, our conference has the goal of bringing like-minded aviation lovers together to discover what's happening in Alberta aviation.
Working in collaboration with Elevate Aviation and the Canadian Aviation Hall of Fame, the weekend is packed with sessions on various industry topics. The schedule includes:

Breakout sessions include presentations from COPA, NAV Canada, Transport Canada, CBAA, SAAC, Elevate Aviation, and Canada's Aviation Hall of Fame with sessions on the future of Air Traffic Control, Leadership, Diversity in Aviation, airports, training, and more! When registering, you will be asked to chose your preferred sessions.
**Spaces in each session are limited so register early and don't miss out on the sessions you want most! **
Registration Information:
Registrations must be booked online. On-site registrations are not available due to capacity restrictions.
All fees are in Canadian dollars and are subject to 5% gst.
- AAC Members - $325.00
- Invited Guests, Elevate Aviation, CAHF, and Government - $325.00
- Non-Members - $385.00
- Students - $45.00 per day (or $85.00 for both days)
- Students (Conference only, no social events) - FREE
- Spouse / Companion - $165.00
The Spouse / Companion package is available for social functions only. For access to sessions, a full registration is required. A spouse / companion is someone not employed with your organization or affiliated with any other AAC Member.

The conference is taking place at the Best Western Premier Calgary Plaza Hotel & Conference Centre.

Booking Details: AAC conference guests will receive a special rate of $119.00 per room, per night (plus taxes). Book online before March 18, 2022 through the special event link: BOOK NOW
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations on or before March 8, 2022 will receive a full refund, minus a $50 administration fee. Cancellations made between March 9 and March 18, 2022 will receive a 50% refund, minus a $50 administration fee. No refunds will be issued for cancellations after March 18, 2022. In the event that the AAC should have to cancel the conference, a full refund will be issued to all participants.
COVID-19 Policy
The AAC Conference will follow all public health restrictions that are in place at the time of the event.
At this time, there are no COVID restrictions in place.
In the event of cancellation due to COVID-19 or public health concerns, a full refund will be issued to all participants for their registration.
