Ali Hassan's "Does This Taste Funny?" Comedy Show
Overview
Ali Hassan knows food, and he knows funny. The acclaimed comedian, author, and former chef is bringing his signature wit to Kamloops, fresh off performances across Canada and internationally. As the host of CBC’s Laugh Out Loud and Canada Reads, Ali has become one of the country’s most recognizable and beloved comedic voices.
His latest one-man show, Does This Taste Funny?, pulls from a decade spent in the food industry, blending sharp storytelling with laugh-out-loud moments. Add in his screen credits (Run The Burbs, Sort Of, Workin’ Moms, and more) and a memoir praised by Rick Mercer as “perhaps the funniest and most heartfelt Canadian memoir yet,” and you’ve got a night that delivers on every level.
