How do I get my $20 arcade card?

Accepted Answer

We'll give all ticket holders their arcade card at the door on the day of the event. This gives everyone with an arcade card 50 credits that they can use in our arcade. Additional arcade cards will be available for purchase that night, but the complimentary arcade cards will likely be all you need.

What's the deal with the parents lounge?

For our 13+ events, we do not set up a specific parents lounge. Those are only set up for our 12 and under events

Do parents have to purchase a ticket?

Accepted Answer

Yes. For the 13+ event, parents and caregivers do require a ticket. We are a very safe environment and we encourage you to drop-off ticket-holders. We feel that giving teenagers a little independence is a good thing, but you're welcome to stay too.

What kind of accessibility is there?

Unfortunately, we are on the second floor of an older building with no elevators.

Do you have food?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We will be selling food and drinks. Keep in mind that we will not be selling alcohol, although we do have non-alcoholic drinks that taste like beer, mojitos, sangria and lots of others. We also have coffee and really great espresso.

Can I build a birthday party around this event?

Accepted Answer

Yes. It's a pretty good idea. If you buy 12 or more tickets, we will put you in a designated area. Plus, we'll offer you discounted rates on food, drinks and cake. Like non-alcoholic bottle service for kids. Contact us about it: info@TheJunXion.ca. Please remember there is no outside food allowed.
