As the seasons turn, autumn invites us to release, realign, and remember what truly sustains us. Join Sandy McAfee for AMPLIFY: The Alchemy of Autumn — a 9-week guided meditation series that blends sound healing, reflection, and the power of your own voice to restore balance and awaken deeper harmony within. Join in at any time during the series as space allows.

Each week, we’ll explore one of the nine chakras — from the Earth Star to the Soul Star — using Vocal Chakra Toning to clear and activate your energy system. You’ll be guided through gentle meditations, intuitive insights, and nourishing soundscapes to help you stay grounded, open, and connected to your inner truth.

Each session includes:
• Guided sound meditation and vocal chakra toning
• Reflection and intention setting for the week’s chakra focus
• Original songs woven into the sound journey
• Practical tools for grounding, awareness, and integration
• Supportive community connection and gentle accountability

You’ll experience:
• Deep relaxation and energetic balance

A full-season journey through the nine chakras — a path of release, renewal, and soulful transformation. Cultivate presence, balance, and the golden wisdom that comes with change.

• 2 payments of $99 — $22 per session
• 3 payments of $75 — $25 per session

`✨Single Session – “Leaf” – A Moment of Change – $30 (plus Eventbrite fee)

A single session to pause, listen, and let go — like a leaf releasing to the wind. Reconnect with your voice, your breath, and the still beauty within.

This is a small, intimate group with limited spots to ensure a meaningful experience for all participants. Priority is given to those committing to the longer programs, which secures your place. Single sessions are offered when space allows.
