An Ayurvedic Winter: Nesting & resting for the season
Overview
This is the time of year for us to embrace nesting and resting for deep rest and regeneration as we weave our way to spring.
Kapha dosha, made up of earth and water, governs the time in nature from late winter to early spring where things can feel more heavy, stagnant and congested. By taking time to understand how to work with this elemental energy instead of against it, we can create stronger immunity and balance on all levels - physical, emotional, mental and spirituaL.
Our time Together will include:
- Nourishing the body through Ayurvedic wisdom for Kapha season
- Nurturing the emotional, mental and spiritual bodies for deep rest and regeneration through ritual and daily self-care
- A winter journaling practice for dreaming, intention setting and preparing for planting of energetic seeds come spring
- A meditation for nesting & resting for deep inner exploration as we work with the energy of the new Moon in Capricorn

All registrants will receive an Ayurvedic winter tipss & tricks guide to keep you healthy, happy and cosy during this time of nesting and resting. No prior understanding or experience of Ayurveda is needed.
