An Evening of Cacao, Somatic Flow & Sound

Taking place shortly after the New Year, this evening offers space to slow down, ground, and set embodied intentions for the year ahead. We gather to honour the quiet of winter, mark the turning of a new cycle, and plant a seed to carry forward.

The evening includes Peruvian cacao, gentle somatic flow, and a guided sound journey with crystal bowls, drums, and sacred instruments. Together, these practices offer nourishment for the year ahead.

Love, a sound alchemist, guides a sound journey using crystal bowls, drums, and sacred instruments to support deep presence and embodied alignment.

Karolina, yoga facilitator and somatic therapist, guides a body-led practice rooted in breath and felt sense, anchoring intention and renewal.
