Anytime Anywhere Meditation (5 Thursdays at 6pm PST from 2/26-3/26/26)
Overview
Discover meditation that adapts to your everyday life: practical, accessible, and secular, designed for today’s busy world. Over five 90-minute sessions, the Anytime Anywhere Meditation (AAM) workshop empowers you to explore how meditation works best for you, offering personalized techniques rather than one-size-fits-all methods. You’ll learn adaptable strategies to integrate meditation into your daily life, whether during the morning rush, while waiting in the ferry line, or in moments of interpersonal conflict. With a focus on research-based strategies, this course equips you to manage stress, enhance well-being, and cultivate a greater sense of presence in ways that align with your unique preferences and needs.
At the heart of this workshop is an exploration of the mind’s innate qualities: awareness, compassion, and wisdom. These timeless traits provide the foundation for your meditation journey, helping you connect with yourself and others in meaningful ways. Through a blend of practical instructions, discussions, immersive practices, and opportunities for reflection, you’ll learn how to seamlessly integrate meditation into any moment of your day. Whether you’re new to meditation or looking to deepen your practice, this course offers a flexible, research-backed framework to help you build resilience, find clarity, and create meaningful connections in your daily life.
NOTE: For ease of registration on Eventbrite, this event is listed as a "single event." However, registering for this "event" means registering for the entire series (5 90-minute classes).
