Apprenticeship to Love Practices for Sacred Intimacy

The Apprenticeship to Love Virtual Workshops is an occasional opportunity for you to learn and practice ways to open up to intimacy in your relationships —and with yourself.

When available I will be co-hosting these virtual workshops with Sarah Anderson, co-host of the Arts of Sacred Intimacy Intensive retreats, Fabiola Perez, or Aumsong Troughton. We will focus on giving you practical exercises drawn from our experiences as teachers of Tantra and Kundalini Yoga, and as from our experiences as, respectively: a husband, a wife, father, mother, as a masculine-identified man, and as a feminine-identified woman.

Every month you will experience practices that you can use right now to deepen your connection and intimacy, with yourself, and in your relationships with others, whether you are single, dating, or in a romantic/married couple relationship.

These virtual workshops give you a preview into (and a preparation for, if you're registered) our Arts of Sacred Intimacy Intensive retreats in 2025 and 2026).

These virtual workshops are FREE if you're already registered in a retreat or if you're a Premium or Premium+ Apprenticeship to Love subscriber - for as little as $5/month. Note that if you pay full price for this virtual workshop and you subsequently want to register in one of our retreats this year please contact us so we can apply the amount paid towards your Arts of Sacred Intimacy Intensive retreat registration (if there's still room).

A Certified Life-Cycle Celebrant™ (weddings, births, deaths, and all the rituals of conscious living), Rev. Hans is also a certified yoga teacher and coach for men and couples in the Yoga of Authentic Relationships. Hans is also a teacher and practitioner of Argentine tango since he visited Buenos Aires with a broken heart in 2007. He is currently offering weekly Yoga/Tango for Lovers classes on Vancouver Island and will be the yoga teacher at the annual TangoMayaFest this November.

Sarah Bella is a certified yoga teacher, birth doula, semi-retired aerialist, and professional dancer. She holds her Reiki Master, Tantra Coaching, and Family & Systemic Constellations Facilitator certificates. Sarah offers her Tantric wisdom, yogic knowledge and witchcraft wellness for people to connect with themselves, others, and their higher selves. She is currently teaching prenatal yoga, leading women back to their wild sexual power, and being a badasss mother and wife.

Sarah has recently completed her Certificate of Sexual Health from the University of Alberta this winter.
