Art Therapy Workshop - Christmas special
Overview
📍 Capilano Library: 3045 Highland Boulevard, North Vancouver BC
The Christmas season can bring up a lot for everyone. For some it’s a busy time of festive cheer, for others its draining, lonely, and painful.
Whether you just want to slow down in this busy season or take some reprieve from the difficulties Christmas brings up, you are welcome to join us for some art therapy.
These are evening sessions so will be a nice way to unwind after work.
Each 1.5 hour session will include a brief guided meditation, creative art-making, and a group discussion to reflect on personal insights and shared experiences. No previous art experience is required. All materials are provided.
Through gentle mindfulness and expressive art activities, participants will have the opportunity to strengthen self-awareness, reduce stress, and deepen their connection to community.
Space is limited. Check out the library website here.
