Join us for a fun and hands-on workshop where you’ll learn how to create stunning decorative sushi rolls. No prior experience is needed—this workshop is perfect for beginners and sushi enthusiasts alike! Discover tips and techniques to make your sushi not only delicious but also visually amazing.

Important:

All ingredients, tools, and a complimentary drink provided.

Please bring a container to take home your sushi. An apron is recommended but not mandatory.

Please let us know of any allergies in advance.

Suitable for adults and youth ages 12+. Younger children can join with a parent.

About the instructor:

Motoko is a decorative sushi artist based in Vancouver, specializing
in traditional Japanese kazari-maki sushi. She teaches workshops in
community centres, cultural events, and private groups, sharing the
joy of creating beautiful and edible art. Her classes are
beginner-friendly and focus on creativity, culture, and hands-on
learning.
