Applied Suicide Intervention Skills Training (ASIST) is a two-day, interactive workshop that teaches practical suicide first-aid skills. You’ll learn how to recognize when someone may be having thoughts of suicide and work with them to create a plan to keep them safe for now.
While ASIST is widely used by healthcare professionals, no prior training is required—anyone 18 or older can learn and use the ASIST model.
