Who is the AT Summit for?

Anyone interested in Assistive Technology is invited to attend including vendors, community organizations, teachers, and families.

The AT Challenge

The AT Challenge is a unique skills event where teams are presented with specific scenarios and must use their AT talents and knowledge with various AT options to create a solution.

The AT Challenge focuses on three tiers of AT skills:

  1. Digital literacy skills required to successfully onboard and adopt AT
  2. Built-in accessibility features available on mainstream devices and how to utilize these features as AT solutions
  3. Specialized AT software and hardware that was designed for disability community groups facing barriers with vision, hearing, mobility, learning etc.

Who is the AT Challenge for?

The AT Challenge is for anyone who would like to showcase their AT skillset, or just have some fun while learning from the leaders in Canadian AT. Whether you are new to AT, and hope to learn by engaging in a team challenge with Neil Squire AT Specialists and AT Practitioners; or you are seasoned AT trainer facilitator and would like to contribute your knowledge and wealth of information to win the glory – AT Challenge is for you.
