Hey there, parents and caregivers! Want to learn more about attachment parenting and how it can strengthen your bond with your little one? This is a relaxed, easy-going, reflective 10-week educational program where you'll understand your child's needs better and have some real talk about nurturing that close connection.

The program developed by API (https://www.attachmentparenting.org/) and led by Bhakti Shah (www.ekyapsychotherapy.ca), focuses on the following key aspects of parenting:

1. Prepare for Pregnancy, Birth & Parenting
2. Feed with Love & Respect
3. Respond with Sensitivity
4. Use Nurturing Touch
5. Ensure Safe Sleep, Physically & Emotionally
6. Provide Consistent, Loving Care
7. Practice Positive Discipline
8. Strive for Balance in Personal & Family Life

As for the program educator, Bhakti has a Bachelor's in Human Development and Family Studies, Master's in Social Work, additional certification in Circle of Security Parenting. She has been working with mothers and families for 18+ years now. Bhakti is very driven about responsive parenting, building secure attachments through childhoods, and creating inclusive spaces for parents who have the same goals.

This Program Is Ideal If You Are:

• An expecting mother, or a caregiver with a child aged 0–6 years
• Interested in raising your child(ren) from an attachment-focused, conscious, responsive lens
• Able to commit to a 60–90 minute session weekly
• Open to reflection, connection, and gentle growth

The start date, days and times are still being carved out based on participant preferences. ONLY 5 clients for this FREE program that I am offering as a part of the mentorship program with API. After this the program will be paid.
