Discover the perfect way to get moving while bonding with your little one! Our Baby & Me Dance Class is a line dance class designed for parents with babies who can rest comfortably in a chest carrier or wrap while you enjoy gentle dance movements.

Meet other Parents & Socialize!

After class, join us in the community kitchen for complimentary coffee and tea. It’s a great chance to connect with other parents, share experiences, and make lasting friendships with those on the same parenthood journey.

Please note:

Our dance studio is on the second floor of the building with no elevator access. You are welcome to store baby strollers at the studio, or even at the bottom of the stairs as long as it does not block the entryway. If you need assistance please arrive a few minutes early and we are happy to help. :)

What to bring:

• Yourself & your little one. :)
• Indoor shoes or sock feet (no outdoor shoes are allowed in the studio).
• Reusable water bottle.
