Are you ready for an epic showdown of musical talent at the Brackendale Art Gallery?

Round One of the Battle of The Bands features three bands battling it out for a chance to advance to the next round. Cheer on your favorite performers as they take the stage and compete for a spot in the finals.

The competitors:

8pm The Après Trio

The Après Trio from Whistler has a unique music mix from Rock/Pop, Irish Music and Polka. Ollie on guitar & vocal, Sam on Cajon & vocals and Thomas on accordion & vocals playing a fun mix which brings the crowd to the dance floor.

9pm Irie Safiery

Irie Safiery are three friends who found their groove playing reggae music in a barn in Pemberton BC. What started as a jam session turned into a shared love for the one drop-based rhythm and deep-rooted vibes of reggae from all corners of the world. The band blends classic reggae covers and uncharted sounds from different origins. Their music is a laid-back safari through sweet sound, soulful vibration and heartfelt rhythms. Chasing that feeling and letting the music take them on that journey, their music will keep the spirits high and the feet moving.

10pm Last Reminisced Heroes

Last Reminisced Heroes is a high-energy, three-piece punk rock band originally from the Philippines. Known for fast riffs, intense melodies, and heavy breakdowns, and they’ve made a name for themselves in the rock music scenes of Squamish and Whistler. Their sound pushes the boundaries of punk rock, blending raw energy with emotionally charged lyrics.
