Have you ever wanted to learn to pair flavours? Maybe you're at the grocery store searching for the perfect food combos. This pairing 101 class let by a monger from The Cheesemongers Fromagerie and an LBJ brewer is for you.
Learn to pull flavours from foods and put them together in your own unique pairings. Learn how to use your own palate to determine your own pairing likes and dislikes with the guidance of two experts.
Participants will get to choose 5 beers from our menu of ten to pair with a variety of cheese after a workshop led by LBJ & The Cheesemongers, and then will be able to vote for their favourite pairings!
