Montessori educators strive to balance warmth and clarity in their interactions with children. Children thrive when they have both clear, consistent expectations and a strong sense of connection with the adults in their lives. In this session, we will discuss what it means to communicate in ways that are both kind and clear—offering guidance with empathy, setting boundaries with confidence, and fostering respectful, cooperative relationships with young children.
