Bell Basics (Halifax): A Kettlebell Foundation Class
Overview
Learn fundamental kettlebell movements in this series of 45-minute, technique-focused classes. Each week will introduce new movements that reinforce the foundations of kettlebell training. Whether you're a beginner or an experienced lifter looking to refine your form, these sessions will help you build strength, efficiency, and confidence with the kettlebell. Expect a dynamic workout where we’ll sweat, learn, and have fun!
Bring water and a towel. No equipment necessary.
Please takeoff outdoor shoes before entering the studio.
When: Every Wednesday evening and Saturday morning. New classes added every month.
Costs:
FREE 1st Class: To kickoff your introduction to kettlebell training or your journey with Rock the Bell, your first class with us is free!
Drop-In: $20+tax
3 Class Pass: $45+tax ($15 per class)
5 Class Pass: $60+tax ($12 per class)

The pictures below provide more direction on where House of Eights is located. The main doors are to the left of the Halifax Wanderers office. You will go down some steps to an elevator. Take the elevator to the 3rd floor and follow the arrows to House of Eights. There is public parking available in the orange areas. The blue shaded area is a private parkade that can be accessed from Annandale Street through Dresden Row/Briar Lane.
