Overview

A bi-weekly virtual peer support circle for social workers to connect, share experiences, and build resilience together.

Being a social worker can be both deeply rewarding and incredibly challenging. This bi-weekly virtual peer support circle was created to provide a safe and welcoming space for social workers across Ontario—and beyond—to come together, connect, and feel supported.

In this group, you’ll have the opportunity to share experiences, reflect on your work, and recharge alongside peers who understand the unique realities of the profession. Whether you’re seeking encouragement, community, or simply a moment to breathe, this circle is here for you.

Our gatherings are not formal therapy sessions, but rather a peer-led space grounded in community care, respect, and confidentiality. Every participant is free to engage in the way that feels most comfortable—whether that’s speaking, listening, or simply being present.

This event welcomes all social workers, from students and new graduates to seasoned professionals. Everyone’s voice and presence adds value to the group.
