Join us for a creative, reflective, and community-centered event in honour of Body Image & Eating Disorder Awareness Week.
Body Image & Eating Disorder Awareness Week Event (Feb 1-7, 2026)
This experience is designed to encourage self-compassion, body neutrality, and gentle curiosity. This event is appropriate for ages 12+ and all demographics.
What to Expect
- Create a custom flower bouquet that represents your strengths, personality, and your relationship with your body. All flowers and vases are provided.
- Participate in a guided scavenger hunt around the office, choosing flowers based on reflective prompts and criteria
- A 20-minute presentation by Vault Psychology focused on body image, eating disorders, and available supports.
- Non-alcoholic beverages and snacks provided
What You’ll Learn
- How eating disorders can impact people of all ages, genders, and backgrounds.
- Ways to approach your body with curiosity and compassion rather than judgment.
- Practical strategies and community resources for body image and eating disorder support.
- How creative expression can support mental health and self-reflection.
