Welcome to our online event series focusing on Board Governance!! Join us for three informative sessions where we will dive into the key aspects of effective board governance. Whether you are a seasoned board member or just starting out, this series is designed to provide valuable insights through applied learning for your organization.
Each session will include in-session assessments and activities that participants will be asked to complete individually or in small groups (of 5-6 members). Additionally, participants will leave the series with a tool kit for governance assessment, templates, and practice to put into use in their organization and an action plan to realize at least three specific governance improvements over the next 6-12 months.
This training is recommended for Executive Directors & their Board Members to attend together. Please register individually per person and use code MULTI at check out to receive $5 off per ticket when registering 2 or more participants from the same organization.

The series is delivered by Sari Labelle, who has worked with more than 100 organizations across Alberta, Ontario, Quebec, the Atlantic provinces and internationally, amassing a wealth of expertise in managing non-profit organizations and programs.
Tickets cost $25 per person and includes access to all three sessions. If you are booking more than 1 ticket for the same organization, use code MULTI to save $5 per ticket.
