In a word full of food rules and calorie counting, join us for an experiential workshop to help you turn inwards.

What you can expect:

  • Experiential practices to support tuning into your body instead of your head
  • Food Prep! We will be making Energy Bites with a variety of yummy ingredients
  • Take-aways to help you nagivate diet culture and enhance self trust

All food ingredients will be provided. When you sign up, you will be able to list any food allergies.

This workshop is free and for registered University of Saskatchewan students only. Registration closes January 15, 2026.
