Brain Health Workshop

Are you interested in learning more about memory changes as we get older? Join a fun and informative Brain Health Workshop offered by Baycrest Academy for Research and Education to gain insights into brain health and aging. You will also have the opportunity to take a free Brain Health Assessment, ask questions about your results, and receive personalized tips. To take the Assessment, participants should have basic computer skills (be able to use a laptop with a mouse), be 50-85 years old, and able to read and understand English.
