Refusing to settle, Ariz took a bold leap of faith, leaving his aviation career behind to pursue business full time. That decision became the turning point in his life and set him on the path to becoming a recognized name in Canada’s entrepreneurial scene.

Today, Ariz is the founder of LetzMarket, one of Toronto’s fastest-growing marketing and branding agencies, along with several other ventures in hospitality and real estate. He has worked with clients across many industries, from local businesses and fast-growing start-ups to national companies and international brands. In 2019, he was honoured as one of the Top 40 Under 40 Business Owners by the Brampton Board of Trade, recognition of both his leadership and his impact.
