Workshop 5: Successfully Reaching Potential Clients

Part A: Marketing & Action Plan (1:00 - 2:15)

This portion of the workshop will help you identify your target markets and prepare a script for cold calls. You will learn more if you take 'Breaking Down Barriers: The First Steps to Success' before this workshop.

Part B: Marketing Your Business (2:30 - 3:45)

This portion of the workshop will teach you the best ways to approach your target market, with special guest facilitator Christina Kruis.
