This current, clinically-focused webinar is designed to help primary care providers build their knowledge of breast cancer screening in Alberta. Through short lectures and interactive breakout discussions, participants will strengthen their skills in navigating guidelines and supporting informed, patient-centred screening decisions.

Learning Objectives:
After attending this webinar, participants will be able to:
- Recognize the progressive nature of the AB guidelines and apply the AB CPGs to their clinical practice with greater confidence.
- Recognize individual breast cancer risk factors that impact screening and personalize your patient's screening plan.
- Assess the value of diagnostic imaging and biopsy for identified breast lesions and better communicate with patients in an empathetic and accurate way.
- Recognize the benefits and limitations of various screening modalities and their roles in screening so that you can refer patients appropriately.
