You are invited to a gentle evening of mindfulness and connection.
A space for women to pause. Breathe. Realign with the rhythm of nature.
A space to awaken and soften into divine feminine energy.
Join us for Breathe and Tea. A mindful circle created for release. Renewal. Alignment with the seasonal transition.
Together we will connect to our breath. Our bodies. Our shared presence.

Please bring
• A notebook and pen
• A bottle of water
• Tea will be provided
What to expect. Total one hour
• Opening and tea ceremony introductions. 20 minutes
Grounding. Intention setting. Warming the space with presence and tea.
• Yoni mudra and breathwork. 15 minutes
Guided breath to settle the mind and open the heart.
• Body awareness and visualization. 15 minutes
Slow scan. Soft imagery. Deep relaxation.
• Closing reflection. 10 minutes
Journaling. Integration. A soft return to the body and the moment. You may stay longer and chat with me about life in general.
