Overview
Susy, your Breathwork Facilitator, has discovered the power of Breathwork after sustaining a concussion that left her navigating ongoing symptoms and daily challenges. What began as a personal tool for grounding and recovery quickly became a lifeline — a daily practice that helped her regulate her nervous system, restore moments of clarity, and find calm in the midst of uncertainty for these past years.
Her lived experience fuels her passion for sharing the benefits of breathwork with others, especially its ability to support the nervous system, ease stress, and create balance in everyday life. Alongside she has now become a certified Yoga Instructor, stepping into the wellness world with the mission of guiding others toward resilience, restoration, and self-connection.
Through Soaring Breathwork Studios, she offers simple yet powerful practices that meet people where they are — helping them move from overwhelm into calm, from scattered into centered, and from surviving into thriving.
