Event Overview: This experiential workshop explores how intentional breathing can regulate the nervous system and reduce symptoms of anxiety and depression, particularly for trauma survivors. Grounded in Polyvagal Theory, the session offers an accessible and evidence-informed approach to healing by using the breath to restore safety, connection, and balance.
