Bridge Table Information Session - PCH

This session will be held in the PCH Boardroom, located on the second level by the cafeteria.

Bridge Situation Table information sessions provide an overview of how multiple human service agencies collaborate to address situations involving individuals who are deemed to be at acutely elevated risk. Attendees will learn about the purpose of the Situation Table, the Four Filter Approach to information sharing, how interventions are coordinated within 24–48 hours, and the role of consent in urgent cases. The session aims to clarify how Bridge works, who it serves, and how professionals can engage with the process.
