Mindful Conversation/Community Connect
Before we embark together into a moment of tranquility lets all connect through conversation. This is a safe space to share openly with community, or sit back and relax in community.
Monday Mindful Meditation
Every meditation begins with a calming breathing exercise to create a relaxed and safe space. I then guide you through thought-provoking questions, allowing for deep feelings and introspection. To enhance the experience, I offer the natural healing sound of a singing bowl throughout the entire session. Closing with gentle stretching to move energy through the body before ending the session.
Closing Conversations
The evening session closes with further group conversation and offers an opportunity to write down your thoughts and experience during your meditation experience.
